Turning Point blew it by hiring country music unknowns and Kid Rock.
Not everyone right of center and who’s patriotic likes a genre that is about broken relationships, horses, and alcoholism, and little musical fireworks like Steve Vai or Joe Satriani.
If they hired contemporary rockers who don’t wear their politics on their sleeves it’d have been better.
Most musicians are not going to risk their careers by doing the TP’s halftime show even if they support Trump.

Most folks don't wear their politics on there sleeves. I find them easy to be around. That being said.... At the end of the day...its just so Damn Boring.
You obviously don’t listen to country music. Actually a great attraction is the fact they sing about so much, not just sex (which is ultimately all so-called rock, or popular. Is about). Seriously that is all pop is about…sex, sex sex. If not about bringing down the man. Meanwhile in country I get songs about grandma, daddy, adoptive daddy, mama, not to mention just fun about cars and tractors. There is “diversity” and not just Johnny one note…or one topic.
And lots of luck finding non-communist liberal rockers.
But otherwise, sure, I agree, TP might do better if they can open it up more to rockers…but again, lots of luck getting them to sign up.
I’ve been dragged to two Kid Rock concerts. In both of them, nearly naked women did pole “dancing” performances.
I don’t care how “Republican/conservative” you think he is, just because he loves guns.
I don’t think Charlie Kirk would actually approve of that as entertainment. Maybe privately, by his wife, but not for others to see.
It’s probably in KR’s TP Super Bowl halftime show interest to NOT HAVE almost nude women on poles swinging their bodies around. I can only hope.
