Congratulations, Chief Justice Roberts. You kept your hands clean. But at what cost?
The “stock in trade” of judges is trust. The only thing that gives a jurist’s opinion weight is public confidence that the guy in the black robe honestly and properly applied the law as prescribed by his oath. Unfortunately, courts at all levels seem to gleefully disregard the importance of that trust.
Local judges appear uninterested in public order. Their release of violent offenders with low or no bail to prey on the innocent has become an epidemic.
District judges are busily trying to nullify an election. They are ruling that Congress may neither legislate nor appropriate and that the president needs their permission to enforce duly enacted laws and conduct foreign affairs.
The Supreme Court sits atop that chaos, more concerned with conflict avoidance that defense of the Constitution. We are galled by the chief justice’s gaslighting that the Article III branch of government can be trusted. His claim that “there are no Obama judges, Biden judges, nor Trump judges” was a lie that he insisted we accept despite what we were clearly observing.
For elections to work, mere accuracy is insufficient. They must be transparent and beyond reproach, not riddled with question marks. There will always be millions of Americans dissatisfied with the outcome of any one election, but we expect them to abide by the outcome, because it represents the will of the majority. A peaceful transfer of power depends on the minority believing that an election does in fact represent the will of the majority.
Unfortunately, the conduct of the 2020 election created suspicion rather than confidence.

We are going to have to address that first.
Nobody had “standing” to sue over the rigged 2020 election which is going to end up destroying ALL credibility of crooked federal judges (up the chain of all U.S. courts) when the overwhelming evidence is finally revealed.
I hope all these crooked, foreign-born, Leftist federal judges are chased down the streets of the USA by angry mobs with torches and pitchforks. The scoundrel-judges deserve it.

I am not trying to be biased. I firmly believe in what Barack Obama said “There is one only people that hide things are people with something to hide” and Fulton County has been hiding basic information and refusing judicial orders for 5 years. Fulton County is definitely hiding something.
Nancy Pelosi started questioning the ability to vote back in June when COVID was picking up steam.
I think this is when the lightbulb came on and they figured out the “drop box” election. It would be easy.
I have family and know many around the Atlanta area. At the time just after the election, they couldn’t make sense of where the people (voters) came from.
I’d wager everything that this was a targeted ballot harvesting effort. Weeks before November, the Dems probably figured out they needed to win states x, y, and z. They knew what counties they could go into and exploit the voter rolls, and thus cranked up a ballot harvesting effort like never been seen. This is why this level of turnout wasn’t seen all over the country.
IMO, people were pointed to and so focused on the Dominion nonsense they missed the real fraud.
Interesting that, in his list of voting irregularities in 2020, he mentions the “crisis that never happened (the alleged burst water pipe), but doesn’t mention the video everyone saw of Ruby Freeman and her daughter pulling cases of ballots from under a table and running them through the counting machine multiple times.
The problem I see is not the facts at hand but the fallout therefrom. If #2 is true, and it is demonstrably true, then we have a TRUE constitutional crisis which will have ripple effects across our government. This would mean undoing 4 years of law and executive orders including judicial appointments and legal appointments that would undo vast numbers of court cases. It could take a decade or more to untangle the web of problems it would introduce, and I don’t think SCOTUS wants to be at the heart of that despite being one of their primary functions of sole arbitrators of legal Gordian knots.

For the sake of argument, let’s say they can prove massive fraud took place and President Trump should have won, then what? We cannot go back in time to change things. Biden was president for those 4 years. The things he or they did actually happened and the laws are in the books. Even if they put people in jail it doesn’t change a thing and dems will still not believe the evidence. The damage has been done.
What recourse do we really have?
I’m waiting to see if his name shows up in Epstein’s files. That would explain a lot.
There are really now two possibilities for 2020 Fulton county.
It is going to take a generation to change things and WE and by that ALL OF US have much work to do.
Count on it. The fraud in Fulton is too extensive to hide.
Prior to the 2020 Democrats extensively war gamed the expected response to Trump’s post election challenges. J6 was one of the preplanned scenarios. It’s logical to assume that they also war gamed the election steal itself to ensure the needed fake ballots were on hand. Counting was stopped simultaneously at 10 PM in the swing states to determine how many fake votes were needed to win. Biden’s grossly over counted 81 million votes was the result. when the 2020 election is proven to have been stolen, then every biden judge will have to be removed from the bench since they were illegally appointed.
