He cannot believe she turned up at the Fulton County, GA, election warehouse last month, where the FBI extracted 700 boxes of ballots and other evidence for what happened there in the 2020 election. Senator Warner doesn’t want you to find out.

Iran Is Not Going to Give Up its Nuclear Weapons Program
The problem is simple.
Iran wants nuclear weapons because of its religious belief in Jihad. It’s not going to give up that belief for money. And money is the only thing we have to offer it in the form of dropping sanctions. That puts us right back to the same place where Obama’s Iran Deal negotiations were.
Sure the Trump administration bombed an Iranian nuclear plant, but we’re not going to go in with a full regime change operation. And, frankly even if the Iranians believed we would, it still wouldn’t change anything. Their government is a theocracy founded on an Islamic revolution that was going to be as uncompromising as possible. Asking it to give up its nuclear weapons is asking it to give up its religious mission of Jihad.
So what comes next?
The negotiators trying to work out a new Iran Deal are already on the same course trying to find some ‘middle ground’ between having Iran give up its nuclear weapons ambitions by redefining what ‘nuclear’ is. Turkey has proposed moving Iran’s enriched uranium to its own Islamic terrorist state. And we can trust Erdogan and Turkey as much as we can trust Iran.

The left in France is pushing for a law that would give non-EU foreigners — most of them Muslims from North Africa — the right to vote in municipal elections. That could mean some city halls being taken over by Muslims, voting as a bloc, or by Muslim-pandering leftists of La France Insoumise. Once in power in city and town halls, these Muslims or Muslim-submissive leftists could pass local laws that promote Islam in a hundred sundry ways: turning over city-owned property to be repurposed as mosques, allowing the call to prayer to be electronically amplified, even in pre-dawn and late-evening hours, having school lunchrooms closed during Ramadan, making Muslim holidays into city holidays, ending coeducational swimming in the city-run pools, and much more to accommodate Muslim sensibilities.
The right of foreigners to vote in local elections is a long-standing demand of the Left. Since 1992, European Union nationals residing in a member state of which they are not nationals have been able to vote and stand as candidates in that state in municipal elections and in elections to the European Parliament. But the reform proposed in the initiative would this time apply to foreigners from outside the European Union. It is due to be examined by MPs on February 12th, during the Greens’ parliamentary initiative day.

How Should Trump Now Deal With Iran?
With diplomatic talks between the US and Iran set to take place in Muscat, Oman, today, the prospects for de-escalation between the two countries appear slim to non-existent. Teheran is clear that it is prepared to discuss only its nuclear programme and has so far refused the White House’s demands to put its ballistic missile programme, support for regional proxies, and internal repression on the agenda.
With diplomacy on the verge of faltering, preparations for an American military strike are proceeding apace. The USS Abraham Lincoln carrier group has now reached Middle Eastern waters and the area for which United States central command is responsible. Additional military assets – F15E strike aircraft, THAAD and Patriot PAC 3 batteries, tanker aircraft – have also been deployed. Action against Iran could come at any time. President Trump will keep the regime guessing until the last moment.
Substantively, however, historical precedent and reality don’t suggest that a one-and-done US airstrike or special forces operation in the vein of Venezuela could rapidly destroy the Islamic regime in Iran. Trump’s stated preference for ‘swift and decisive’ military action that delivers this collapse is no easy feat when the Iranian ayatollah has more than one million armed fanatics under his control. These are true believers who haven’t hesitated to murder many thousands of unarmed Iranian civilians in the past few months.
There have been reports of desertions from the Iranian Army (Artesh), and even from the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), though in the latter’s case, in much fewer numbers. Twenty thousand Iranians in the military and security forces have contacted opposition figures expressing their interest in defecting. There has been a “loss of loyalty” among IRGC ranks during the widespread anti-regime protests. Some personnel in the security services have refused to use violence on protesters, especially women. There have been instances of major disobedience on this score. In the IRGC ranks, there is poor morale, a result both of low salaries, and the awareness of corruption in the senior ranks. Because of this, foreign intelligence services, such as Israel’s Mossad, are known to have penetrated IRGC security.

The San Francisco-based Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the federal government would succeed on the grounds that Noem’s decision “was not arbitrary or capricious.”
Aliberal-leaning federal appeals court in California on Monday night unexpectedly sided with the Trump administration by allowing Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to end Temporary Protected Status for migrants from three countries.
The San Francisco-based Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an order freezing a lower court ruling that would have vacated Noem’s decision to end protections for immigrants from Nepal, Honduras and Nicaragua, according to Fox News.
The court ruled that the federal government would succeed on the grounds that Noem’s decision “was not arbitrary or capricious.”
Noem had argued the grounds for the temporary protected status no longer existed because they were tied to specific events that happened years ago, and the DHS has argued that the designations were designed to be temporary.
