Possibly confrontational? He stupidly got up in their faces. He interfered. He resisted restraint. He confronted alright. These are not peaceful protests. As high as tension has been, he should have stayed back if he was armed. That was some poor judgement.
He is right. I’ve Ben to many, many rallies where I carried. However, the intent is what matters. My intent, show up in numbers, have lunch and go home. Pretty’s intent, was to show up and riot. Carrying is not the concern unless the intent is a concern.

This issue is HIGHLY EMOTIONAL right now. As pro second amendment people we do not want those rights eroded by anyone. You cannot make this stuff up. Out of all the guns in the world for this guy to be carrying he had the one gun with the history of defective firing! In an active Federal law enforcement action he injected himself while being armed himself as a hostile to the law enforcement action! Did he intend to suicide himself? He certainly had a right to be armed ON THE SIDEWALK. Once he interfered with the law enforcement I believe he broke state AND federal law because he was armed while interfering! Anyway AZ Joe please be kind and allow people to post on this forum and don’t get too uptight! This shooting has so many twists and turns that it is hard to keep track of everything.
