Videos show the gun was in the man’s holster when the agents were holding him down. One agent took the gun, and another shot the man. It doesn’t appear the man’s gun went off, at least not when he had it.
refused a lawful order to disperse
obstructed justice
resisted arrest
Then during the melee and chaos of resisting arrest his concealed weapon was discovered which led to a split second decision by federal agents which resulted in the guys death.
Those are the facts.
None of that matters. The bearded nurse put himself in harm’s way; it’s 100% on him.
