What are you even talking about??? The subject of this thread itself is about “lowering cholesterol” and the whole obsession of lowering cholesterol is based on demonising animal based food like red meat, saturated fats and eggs.

You didn’t address a single of my arguments and for once that you do, you are just telling porkies.
