As people outside the Target Center in Minneapolis on Sunday continued protesting the killing of a man by federal immigration agents, the effects were felt inside as well during the Golden State Warriors’ game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Before the game, which was postponed by a day, the Timberwolves held a moment of silence for Alex Pretti, 37, the ICU nurse who was killed Saturday.
During the announcement and the moment of silence, people in the crowd could be heard yelling “F—k ICE,” referring to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the federal immigration agents who, along with US Border Patrol, have been deployed to Minneapolis by the Trump administration.
During the second quarter, in footage posted on social media by Bay Area News Group’s Warriors reporter Joseph Dycus, fans chanted “ICE out!” Also during an intermission in the game, members of the Wolves’ dunk team wore “ICE Out” T-shirts as they performed.
The Warriors won Sunday’s game 111-85, led by Stephen Curry’s 26 points. The Timberwolves committed 25 turnovers and scored their fewest points in a game in over four years.

SfGate is just click bait.
T-Wolves fans were probably pi$$ed at the shellacking at the hands of the Warriors today.
These brainwashed freaks, including the freak nurse, are harassing people as they go about their lives…in church, in restaurants, at the grocery store, etc
This “protesting” has morohed into HARASSMENT AND STALKING and they should ALL be thrown in jail and charged!
Minnesota will be an easy win for the Democrats this fall.
And the impact of that will be Nil.
He doesn’t even have to go that far. All he has to do is admit, they are legitimate law-enforcement, conducting legitimate operations, not crowd them, block them, etc. by all means, stand on the sidewalk and film them or what not. Knows how they seem to have drastically cut back on using their cars to block ICE vehicles in after one of them found out what happens when you try to run over a officer.
At this point, every one of these virtue-signaling jackals deserve to be victimized in some way by an illegal. And I wouldn’t give two ****s.
Wait, so calling out the national guard for a humiliation photo giving them some donuts didn’t stop the violet liberals from being violent?
I’ve been thinking the same thing for a few days. You have these white liberal women running around constantly blowing whistles, that historically, were carried to draw attention to you if you had someone trying to assault or harm you. Instead, they’re using the whistles to warn the people that have criminal history for things like sexual assault, rape, incest, etc. So they can get away and live in their community because “they’re my neighbors”.
It is absolutely baffling. They’ve cheapen the purpose of those whistles, as an example And soon, a lot of people will think it’s some crazy liberal woman protesting something they don’t understand and ignore it. Sooner or later, one of them is going to end up severely injured or dead as a result and I’m not really gonna have much sympathy for them.
Steal, not win.
Yes.
The chanting crowd is an example of useful idiots.
These useful idiots are doing the Drug Cartels a favor by keeping the drug traffickers working to poison their brothers and sisters with overdoses.
Can US taxpayers say F Minnesota?
“During the announcement and the moment of silence, people in the crowd could be heard yelling “F—k ICE,”
Probably a couple of losers, and it makes the headline.
Trump's fault.
The guy was a hopelessly certifiable, f'd up clown in his bustier, wig and make up!
Throw all the illegal criminals in the Target Center and lock the doors.
This is true.
Minnesota fans getting ‘F—k by ice more like it stooges never get anythig right.
