President Donald Trump revealed that he had signed an Executive Order to bring back mental institutions and mental asylums, stressing the importance of getting 'people off the streets.'
During a press briefing on Tuesday, Trump highlighted the accomplishments of his administration.
'[I] Signed an executive order to bring back mental institutions and insane asylums,' Trump said. 'We're going to have to bring them back. Hate to build those suckers, but you've got to get the people off the streets.'

They were closed because of the “civil rights amendment” (1964) and bad publicity in our entertainment (Hollywood).
Many of the people living under the bridge are outright mentally ill. When we shut these institutions down many years ago, because as usual everything is a fad/trend, taken to an extreme, and is a popularity festival, we did them no favor.
We took people that should be treated and medicated, institutionalized (where they are also cared for medically, fed, housed, clothed), and put them free/loose on the streets.
Real case: how about a dude carrying a brick wrapped in aluminium foil which he talks to? The brick speaks to him, gives him guidance on what to do. The guy had full blown conversations with a brick. I saw that for real and he came into our office making reports on weird shit that wasn’t real except in his mind.
I will suggest violent TDS be a criteria for committing someone. They can have their own wing.
I hope the President submits an order for thousands of straight jackets for American, Leftist white women who desperately need to be restrained by them.
Make Padded Cells Plentiful Again in America ! Make sure they are heavily sound-proofed so the screamers can scream themselves hoarse and not disturb the neighbors.
This lays the groundwork to relitigate those 60’s and 70’s era court decisions that contributed so much to this mess.
Back then, there wasn’t much if any data to show that institutionalization was better than not committing people. Now we do.
I can’t see how an EO can demand it, but it does have to be done, so this will get the ball rolling, at least.
It will only happen if Uncle Sugar pays for the “treatment.”
The last bill JFK signed was to empty the state mental hospitals and to try and federalize mental health.
Sounds good. But who gets to define mental illness? What happens when we have another democrat administration with a tranny surgeon general?

Now if he provided federal funding the states would likely get in line and reopen them.
Let’s start by locking up the psychiatrists that think that gender confusion is normal and can be cured by surgery.
Fill the mental wards, lots of employment opportunities for staffing jobs, plus dangerous nuts off the streets.
