One of my fondest HS memories is seeing Cris Collinsworth at the far end of the dock at an event in Crystal River. I was much too shy to say hello, and too young. But he did look over and gave me and my friends a smile. I guess I wasn’t one of the dumb ones after all. He was Mr. Gator back then.
