I’m a big fan of bagpipes and harpischords, two of the least favorite instruments in the world I’m sure, a category that probably includes the accordion. I also enjoy five string banjo from time to time, but here’s a banjo joke that I’ve heard adapted for accordion:

What’s the difference between onions and a banjo?

Nobody cries when you chop up a banjo.

Why do bagpipers walk when they play?

To get away from the noise

I play both. Yes it’s an acquired appreciation. Even my professors compared the harpsichord to the sound of two skeletons copulating on a tin roof.
