At one point during their pro-trans boys in girls’ locker/bathrooms argument, the ACLU lawyer Kathleen Hartnett was asked by Justice Samuel Alito to define a man, boy, woman, or girl. Hartnett appeared to panic as she realized Alito had brilliantly set a trap for her. Unable to answer the question, Hartnett appears to panic, telling him “they” don’t have a definition.

Is just me or did it seem from her answers that she hadn’t even read the definitions of male and female as spelled out in the two laws?
For the sake of the nation the Supreme Court should make the ruling in this case to define boy/girl, man/woman. XX and XY chromosomes will be the determining factor. End this insanity. This is all part of the communist doctrine to divide the country every way they can. Unfortunately there are so many stupid people that continue with the charade. Ketanji Brown is the poison pill that the Supreme Court has to live with for what will seem like an eternity. Every meeting of the court including the back room meetings they get first hand view of DEI. The court should define sex in its ruling on this. Let Ketanji go into seizures as they define sex without a biology degree.

They insist that “sex and gender” are separate, that “gender is a social construct”.
Even if you accept this argument, then why would somebody associating with a different gender want to CHANGE THEIR SEX?
...which, of course, is just cosmetic anyway, a living lie.
On top of this, they claim there’s “many genders” - but again, saying they want to “transition from male to female”, again, implies SEX - AND A BINARY OPTION at the same time.
This all still drives toward the fact that there’s only two sexes and that there’s no distinction between gender and sex....by their own arguments.

Transgenders CANNOT be logically defended which Judge Alito PROVED with one simple question.
ANY Democrat running for ANY office should be hectored into going on the record about what defines a woman and go on the record if perverts should be allowed on women’s teams and in women’s dressing rooms.
This was NOT done in 2024.

“Can’t” or “won’t”? The first is stupidity, the second is prevarication.
Whether she's a biologist is totally immaterial. Her position requires her to make decisions on questions regarding all types of fields. Would she say that she's not a doctor or a teacher or a plumber or a policeman and therefore not able to rule on topics regarding those fields?
