At least six prosecutors in the Minneapolis US Attorney’s Office have resigned in protest over the Justice Department’s push to probe Renee Good’s widow.
New cellphone footage from the ICE agent involved in the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good was released last Friday.
The POV footage shows Good’s wife, Becca Good, talking trash to the ICE agent as he approaches her wife’s SUV.
“You wanna come at us?” Good’s wife said, taunting the ICE agent. “I say go get yourself some lunch, big boy.”
“Get out of the f*cking car!” an ICE agent said as he tried to open Good’s door.
Good accelerates her vehicle as her wife shouted, “Drive, baby! Drive!”
The ICE agent discharged his weapon and fatally shot Good as she tried to run him over.

The Justice Department was reportedly pushing to probe Becca and Renee Good’s ties to groups that monitor and disrupt ICE.
CBS News reported:
At least six career prosecutors in the Minneapolis U.S. Attorney’s office — including Assistant U.S. Attorney Joe Thompson — have resigned after the office was tasked with investigating the shooting of Renee Good, according to three sources familiar with the situation.
Thompson also previously served as the acting U.S. attorney for Minnesota; he was appointed by President Trump in June and served in the position until October. He resigned from the attorney’s office along with Harry Jacobs, Melinda Williams, Thomas Calhoun-Lopez, Ruth Schneider and Tom Hollenhurst.
He was the lead prosecutor in the Feeding Our Future case, a COVID-era $250 million scheme which targeted programs that were meant to feed schoolchildren. Since then he’s charged defendants for allegedly defrauding housing and autism service programs, claiming that fraud in Minnesota has topped $9 billion, a figure which Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has pushed back on.
At least four prosecutors have resigned from the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division in protest after the unit refused to investigate the ICE agent who killed protestor Renee Nicole Good in self-defense.

How to do it earlier? I don’t think you can do a loyalty test to the United States until an issue like this comes up and they have to do a job. Now, they have a clear job that is essential to the Nation. Find the facts concerning the people that interfered with Federal Officers and used potentially used vehicle as a weapon (doesn’t matter if you do or don’t think she did this part).
The questions remain:
1. were they trained to do this?
2. Have they done it before?
3. Were they in contact with any of the individuals who have attacked ICE prior?
4. Are they ‘paid’ antagonists with financial guarantees?
5. Are they part of a terrorist organization, funded by entities not within the US?
6. Did they act on their own accord, and represent no national or international risk?
7. Do they have contact actively with individuals who have interfered with Federal operations elsewhere?
People legitimately need to start asking if we are going to accept active operations that undermine federal law and federal law enforcement. You may or may not ‘like’ illegal immigration, but the federal law is very clear, and your ‘personal’ agenda is mute. We cannot survive as a Republic if individuals and partisan organizations can decide what laws to follow and enforce, and what laws to subvert. That’s just plain Tyranny. A bold and obvious disrespect for Democracy and the Republic. They don’t like immigration laws, then protest to change them. Stop attacking the Federal Officers who are there to protect the Republic and the laws.
Democrats were quick to say that ‘no one is above the law’ yet they act as if they are above the law in this circumstance. Those individuals that collected ‘salaries’ but refuse now to to the ‘job’ for political reasons are making a clear announcement to the nation. They don’t believe in the Republic, the Constitution, or the People, only in their ideology. When it comes time to serve the Republic (the one paying their bills with taxpayer money), they quit and serve their ideology.
These peoples lack of transparency, loyalty to the Constitution and Republic, is disturbing to me. The Media should be making a GIANT deal about what I just wrote, because at the end of the day the question remains: How much taxpayer money is being wasted on individuals within government that are seditious to the Republic?
The corrupt cowardly US attorneys quit because they didn’t want to investigate Good’s “wife”?
That means they don’t want to stop this dangerous domestic terrorist network?
But they didn’t quit during investigations of Catholics, school board parents under autopen?
WEASELS!
These people would’ve been worthless and weak. Looks like they’d just cover up for Dem fraud and revolutionaries.

According to @HarmeetKDhillon, "no division employee quit" over the matter. NEW: MS Now claims a "mass resignation" took place in the DOJ's Civil Rights Division over the fatal ICE incident, claiming at least four leaders resigned.
Some are still working, others accepted a buyout BEFORE the MNLPS incident. These resignations in the Minneapolis US Attorney’s Office appear to be separate.
Wife is the female spouse of a man. Husband is the male spouse of a woman.
Let them come up with their own words for their abomination.
The prosecutors lives are ruined. If they prosecute the cases presented, they and their families are immediately subject to harassment by their neighbors.
This sounds like a contrived narrative.
“according to three sources familiar with the situation.”
Already revealed as fake news.
TDS makes any lie justified as long as it promotes the cause.
It’s a good start.
As a former federal investigator (5 years right out of law school), I learned very quickly the meaning of the phrase “close enough for government work”. The motivated and savvy investigators and auditors wanted to learn and grow and do high quality work. I (and others) were often confronted by the long-in-the-tooth slackers and cautioned to “slow down” and “stop making them look bad” by producing in-depth work and closing cases at a clip far exceeding their rates.
In the end, the motivated either “went over the wall” into the private sector (as I did) or got themselves transferred to D.C. where they could climb the bureaucratic ranks.
As for the rest, they adhered to liberal dogma and operated accordingly until age 65 and their big fat pension kicked in.
Is it good or bad that they are resigning?
FYI...one CBS online reporter called MNPLS “murder”. The story was pulled and rephrased with “killed”, which I attribute to the new management.
It’s a start. I still have hope for CBS.
Trump needn’t fire any9ne. Make them resign in a huff. N9 judge issues.
GOOD RIDDANCE
If Nicky egged her “significant other” on to hit the gas, and the evidence of that is becoming more solid by the minute, she better damn well be investigated. Culpability, the law is the law.
I read they weren’t actually married. I read here, I think, that DOJ was going to investigate Good, so I’m eager to read the truth about her.
