Those who ventured forth to tame the American wilderness were among the best of our ancestors. In contrast, the Third World often does not send its best as it exploits immigration anarchy to colonize the USA back into savagery.
Law & Crime presents an example:
A New Jersey man was arrested days after an 8-year-old girl suffered a fractured skull when a rock hit the school bus she was riding in.
The “New Jersey man” is named Hernando Garciamorales. He threw a rock the size of a baseball through the window of a bus carrying third-graders on a field trip. Fortunately, his victim is expected to recover.
Police said they found Garciamorales at a “self-made campsite” within Bergen County, where the alleged incident took place. After his arrest, police said further investigation found that Garciamorales was connected to “multiple rock-throwing incidents” in the county.
The immigration status of Garciamorales was undisclosed. At this point, it doesn’t matter. The slums of the Third World are reproducing themselves within America’s borders. Combined with the refusal of authorities to keep sociopaths incarcerated, this has a predictable effect on public safety.

Family members of the injured child should be given the choice of choosing somebody to throw that same baseball sized rock right back at the adult illegal lowlife who has nothing else to do besides hurt innocent people.
Let him sit by a pane glass window and be showered with a thousand sharp glass splinters, while having a dent put into his temple. Un otro vago borracho! (another drunken Bum).
Stoning comes to mind as a fit punishment but it’s just a fantasy in New Jersey.
The world has always had psychopaths, petty criminals and destructive anti-social behavior..
But how did America deal with such things 125 years ago?
Of course, back then we had a far more unified culture, where everyone agreed on societal norms. Of course, the nation had very strict requirements on foreigners as well. I believe that strong social pressure alone kept most psychopaths and degenerates in a state of self-control.
On the other side, I believe police were given far more leeway to “adjudicate” and administer justice for such obvious cases of anti-social behavior.
What/who authorities are responsible for the providing this
protection and who is responsible for putting them into this
position?
I think they should be held responsible in some manner.
