They need more evidence. I would watch for results of long term well run studies. To have already a mapped out dosing schedule and cost is not encouraging. Even when something can work ..usually takes 5-10 years before protocols and expectations are codified.
For now, watch very carefully...seems “semi-legit”..but there are other treatments being worked on that try to prevent the protein “knots” from forming around the brain neurons
