I thought district judges were already told by the SCOTUS that they can’t issue injunctions that extend beyond their own district.

I believe all these rulings that defy SCOTUS will be the basis for the US military saying that the civilian courts are overtaken by belligerents and that cases must therefore be heard by military tribunals until the rule of law can be restored.
