If I did the EXACT SAME THING I would be arrested, held on a huge bail, and prosecuted for 2nd degree murder. And probably convicted.

And you know that is right. But instead of being held to a higher standard than us peons, Law Enforcement is held to a lower standard.

So. You go ahead and shoot someone in the same exact scenario. Yeah, you’ll be sleeping well. In a cold jail cell. Best case you get off with huge attorney fees that it takes the rest of your life to pay off.

A coworker met a Filipino online and I warned him. After he married her, he admitted he was supporting the rest of the tribe over there.

That's a gross generalization. I've been married to a beautiful and sweet Filipina for 40 years and I've never had that problem. She knows Filipinos that are like that, and she just rolls her eyes at them.

My wife is like poster Mr Rogers described his wife above: a legal immigrant who is farther to the right than even I am. And yes, Filipinas are jealous. My 5 foot tall pretty wife is the gentlest, most non-violent person who ever lived, but I'm pretty sure if she ever saw another woman coming on to me, she'd knife her.

Ditto. 30 years married to a beautiful Filipina. She drives me crazy sometimes, but she is a strong Christian, hardworking, great mother, best friend, and more. In all of years we have sent maybe $5,000 to her relatives in the Philippines, the majority to help one family move to the USA after their applications were approved. And that was paid back within 2 or 3 years. Some may be looking for a Sugar Daddy for their family and it sounds like the poster might have gotten one. I did not and I know many others that did not. The poster is just making a gross characterization on a large group based on their personal experience with one.

I’ve been married to a Filipina for almost 40 years. I did NOT marry her entire family. Nor does she wear jewelry or spend money on clothes. She is a Christian (Baptist). But she might consider bumping off a woman who was coming on to me - not something I actually have a problem with, not even when younger....

I'm retired military and I have seen this time and time again. If you aren't supporting the rest of the family back home you are the exception, not the rule.
