His pectoral muscles (chest) are small for the rest of his frame.
Generally speaking, some muscles develop faster with steroids than others, notably those around the shoulders/traps/biceps.
Now, this can happen naturally, but it’s not common.
When his wimpy pecs are coupled with his roidy-looking gut and the fact that he’s a thief who sells fake food, I’m pretty confident in suspected steroid use.
