Usually we can see the age of the perp, “teen.” At least they saw the unidentified person was wearing green sweat pants.
The perp was a grown ass black man with his family in tow. There is a picture of him someone took and posted in Reddit. He should’ve been easily caught, or at least identified because he was with a family, but he was allowed to escape the park and Anaheim police have not located him.
