The perp was a grown ass black man with his family in tow. There is a picture of him someone took and posted in Reddit. He should’ve been easily caught, or at least identified because he was with a family, but he was allowed to escape the park and Anaheim police have not located him.
Usually we only see “teen” in the remarkable coincidence that witnesses and police ONLY see how old a perp is but no other physical descriptor.
(I know. I saw the pics. Pretty pathetic of a certain culture to go in to wild uncontrollable rage at a children’s park. And good ol’ junior now know that cultural “conflict resolution” skills.)
