Grok is absolutely the best AI out there today, far ahead of Gemini, chatGPT and the rest. Can’t say enough good things about it. The paid version ( I pay $30/mo ) is well worth it.

Agreed. I use Gemini, chatGPT and Grok. A few minutes ago I asked for a 7 day, 2 meal per day low carb menu plan geared for weight loss.
Gemini gave 3 pages.
Chatgpt gave 8 pages.
Grok gave 19 pages with exacting instructions, pictures, desert ideas and snack ideas along with health tips such as keeping properly hydrated.
