My 90 year old grandmother had appendicitis misdiagnosed as stomach cancer. Her appendix ruptured. She was a tough Polish lady, so she pulled through and lived until 97, but was never the same. The doctors never thought to check for that in a 90 year old.

that’s AFTER it’s ruptured! Most don’t survive that, depending on what the toxic burden that got released in your body after the rupture was.
