Homemade Boursin Cheese

Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter (preferably European-style), at room temperature 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more as needed 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper or freshly ground black pepper, plus more as needed 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley leaves. Crackers, crostini, or crudités, for serving.
