AND...while you're selecting seeds and deciding what to grow, you should have your favorite canning and preserving cookbooks at your side, too! I am looking through these four this month. While I will always make Salsa and V-8 Juice and Tomato Jam, it never hurts to mix it up a little, or to plan ahead for next years Christmas gifts.
