Do you want a twist on coleslaw? Get the premade shredded stuff, find some Brianna’s poppyseed dressing (with shelf stable salad dressings), add a dab of apple cider vinegar, some chopped Craisins, and some sliced or chopped almonds. Works with BBQ, and is a quick change up. Add the almonds at the very end after the other ingredients have “gotten to know each other”.

We finally found a BBQ we like just outside of Big Town so on the last trip, we bought 2 lbs. to freeze for a quick & easy meal such as tomorrow’s lunch. We will definitely be serving BBQ again & I will try your coleslaw recipe - sounds good!
