Mt. Shasta, just down the road from you 1 1/2 2 hours?? Ash fall, but out of reach of any Mt Shasta lahares! Who knows...the Pacific NW is covered in sheets of volcanic ash and lava. (And a lot of strange groups concentrated around Mt. Shasta!)
Earthquakesw.... If the Pacific NW gets that big quake I would not want to be in Coos bay at Tsunami time! I have a cousin in Eugene and probably some other relatives as well. (She did not send a card this year...)
