Noem began by addressing this morning’s shooting in Minneapolis.
Between 7:00-7:45 in the coverage, as relates to the upcoming storm, she said,
“be as prepared as possible ahead of time for what is going to unfold in the coming days... visit the website https://www.ready.gov/ to see recommendations and advice for how you can protect your family and be prepared for the storm that is coming.”
I’m wondering if what she said has dual meaning/purpose?
