OK; I think of magnesium when I think of spinach, and iron also.

Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are normals in my diet. Medical folk often raise an eyebrow and ask if I should be eating dairy at my age. 🤔 I always tell them that if I eliminated dairy from my daily diet I would probably starve.🤷‍♂️

Bob; Dairy fat is doing that and protecting you from mental decline!

Daisy Cottage Cheese is one of the best. No emulsifyers or fillers like carragean. (Costs more, so I eat less. Something I need to do in any case!)

Does dairy do something to the human body in Florida that it doesnt elsewhere? What a strange thing to ask. Ive known a number of people over the years in the same boat that you seem to be regarding nutrition.
