The people who made these knotty problems knotty did too well “managing” or “addressing” them to ever actually solve them.
Doing so would shut down the whole feedlot.
Trump just cut the knot.

The ruling is 5-2-2. There is an outright majority, holding that a candidacy alone, with no further showing of any burden, is sufficient to create standing in a candidate, who can now challenge things like a state or county accepting late arriving mailed ballots.
