Florida man sues Outback Steakhouse after toilet "shattered" beneath him (come for the story, stay for the potty humor)

Florida man Michael Green is suing the Outback Steakhouse in Ocala because he says a toilet shattered and collapsed beneath him, causing "significant and permanent loss of an important bodily function."
The toilet in Outback was allegedly unbolted, which caused it to shift around on the tile. When Green sat down to unload his Bloomin' Onion, he apparently found himself Down Under instead.
Green says he suffered severe bodily harm from the shards of porcelain and is suing for damages in excess of $50,000.
A jury will decide if he'll get a fair-dinkum payout.

Last year, at a Dunkin' Donuts store in Florida, a male customer had an accident in which a toilet exploded while using the bathroom, causing human and urine to be covered all over his body. The man filed a lawsuit worth $100,000 against the store.

Without the medical report...
