I drove a motorcycle through there in 2015.

It was 125 based on the thermometer on my bike. But when you get that hot, it’s like driving in an oven.

Its the hottest I am ever going to experience in this life.

I was stationed at 29 Palms Marine Corps Base in 1973. Had a Honda 350.

Burned a hole in a piston!............

There’s no “wind chill” above a certain temperature. It gets to be more like “friction heat.”

I lived in Phoenix for a time with a motorcycle, so I know what you’re describing.

Two people died last year when it reached 127 degrees F. You are lucky to survive.
