RA (Regular Army, volunteer enlisted), US (an enlisted draftee), NG (National Guard).

There are also the thousands of current and former civilian employees of the armed services who did their parts during wartime. Without them, victory would not have been possible.

Why do you only go back to 1969? I enlisted in the Army for 3 years in 1957. While in Japan I extended my enlistment 11 months. Got back to the States on July 3, 1961. I wouldn’t trade the experience or the memories for anything. Thank you.
