I really know nothing about jujitsu, but I was under the impression that if your opponent puts you in a chokehold, it is very unpleasant for the brief time before you pass out. Your body knows that it is in a bad situation and sends alarms to your brain, but you can’t do anything to save yourself except tap out. This thing seems like that, but with no tapping out.
