Governor Of California PANICS After Shell LEAVES California! (video)
youtube ^ | 12/18/2025 | Pump Report

Posted on 12/18/2025 12:19:50 PM PST by Signalman

California's gas prices have reached crisis levels—and drivers across the Golden State are demanding answers. This video exposes the complex web of factors keeping California's fuel costs the highest in the nation. Discover how the state's strict refinery requirements, low-carbon fuel standards, and environmental regulations create a perfect storm for sky-high prices at the pump. Learn why California's unique fuel blend can only be produced by a handful of refineries, how the Cap-and-Trade program adds hidden costs to every gallon, and why even minor supply disruptions send prices skyrocketing. We'll explore the refinery shutdowns threatening California's fuel supply, the oligopoly of oil companies controlling the market, and whether the state's aggressive push toward electric vehicles offers any relief for frustrated drivers still dependent on gasoline.

I don’t know that a majority of Californians want their current one party government. That state’s voting system is so rigged that vote results are as fixed as they are in Cuba or North Korea.

At some point, I find citing the natural beauty of California to be equivalent to trying to tell Mrs. Lincoln that “My American Cousin” is a wonderful play, if only she had hung around.

Unfortunately, I cannot watch the video now. Nothing can be found on the internet about Shell leaving California now or in the future.

I will call BS on video.

I have not watched the video either. Valero refiners is the latest oil/gas company to announce that they are shutting down, leaving the once Golden State.

Some Kalifornians have decided to extend the life of the last nuclear power plant. Diablo Canyon Nuke plant was slated for decommissioning. It has been extended to keep producing electricity.

I suspect that a few of the Pelousy/Newsom Klan live near there, get their electricity there, so that could be the reason.

It took the creator of this video 22 months to realize Shell left California?

How many times have we read a label stating, “ . . . is a product which may be a cancer-causing substance in the state of California”? And the gas situation is in a “California Prop. XX” somewhere. It will only get worse.

When they close their refineries and fuel storage facilities there will be large tracts of land with spectacular views opened up ... Oh, I meant to write large tracts of contaminated land ...

Chevron headquarters left.

Chevron is relocating its headquarters from California to Texas, citing strict environmental regulations and a challenging business climate as key factors in its decision.
