“It’s a ‘shopping assistant’ that helps you find the things you want to buy, make decisions and comparisons among the available items, answers questions, etc.”
Actually i could use that times. However now i am cautious about clicking it because i dont want it bugging me all the time.
Have you used it on your desktop and does it leave you alone unless clicked?
It’s an icon at the top, where you see links like ‘Holiday Gifts’, ‘Grocery’, etc;. It’s also right under the product image saying something like, ‘Ask Rufus a Question’. I guess it scans the product description and all the reviews of the item for information relative to what you ask. I haven’t used it for anything more complicated than just questions about an individual item, like ‘Does this run small?’ or ‘Are batteries included?’
It’s never bothered me. I think the problem of the original poster may be to do with the app on a cellphone.
