Of course part of the problems is that the market is also over saturated. In an area that used to be a blue collar shopping district there are four large dispensaries in a block. The megalomart, tire store, flooring store and five of the restaurants are gone along with six or seven smaller stores.
Maybe they would have left without the influx. Don't know, but they did leave after the dispensaries moved in.

I know this but every state that has legalized pot has hundreds of them driving and smoking at the same time.
Believe it or not, Obama tried that when states started to legalize it, but that was probably some kind of federalization, and related to the rest of his ****** agenda.
