“Does the military consider itself involved when one of its members commits a crime?”
Nope! I spent much of my life in the military. When a military member commits a crime, we’d put him in jail. We never pretended we were also behind that crime!
You don’t understand.
Not “behind” the crime. Involved.
Involved, silly. Meaning they know it affects them and they do what they do to process it.
Of course the military considers itself involved when its members commit crimes.
