Out all the cars to choose from- they close a Chevy Vega . It could have been worse, I guess. They could have choose a Ford Pinto .
Frankly, there were not that many 1975 model year American cars worth preserving . There is a reason the Japanese ate our lunch making cars

They also buried a Kawasaki motorcycle. I wonder which model? At that time, the KZ900 was the fastest production bike on the road. It was a two-stroker.................

My dad had an early ‘70s Toyota Celica. Very reliable car. I had an ‘81 Honda Accord sedan. Also very reliable. Excellent paint. I didn’t have a car with a better paint job until a ‘99 Audi A6, so almost 20 years later.

Frankly, there were not that many 1975 model year American cars worth preserving. I had a 1975 Gold Pontiac Grand Prix and it was a beauty. I'd love to have that baby today.

I had a 75 Monte Carlo. It was a great car for me. Eventually it went to my sister, and then to one of my brothers. He later got rid of it to buy a new car. I miss that car.
