People will get online and brag about how high they are.
These same people would never do the same thing if they were drunk.
The social implications of our not only legalizing but presenting it as harmless are yet to fully unfold but I do not think we will care for the results.

Drunks try to get online and brag about how drunk they are, but they usually only manage to type out "sjdfghsfhglf//&^%" just before they spill their whiskey on the keyboard.

You should visit the free emergency vet forums some time
Every day someone worrying about their mysteriously deathly ill dog and then later, the confession of edibles/etc will get broached and then confessed to.
The vet community sees this “ accidental” animal abuse every day.
Vile.

Yes. Some naturopaths are even recommending regular use for pregnant women.
You won't see a billboard for cigarettes anywhere, but here in Arizona, there are colorful billboards featuring Cannibis gummies, cheeseburgers, pizza, chips . . . Buy One Get One Free specials . . . Father's Day discounts for dad . . . Woman owned Cannabis businesses
Not a hint of a warning of overuse, side-effects or even an attempt to not make the ads appeal to children.
My son has had marijuana smoke blown in his face at the park, our old neighbors smoked outside enough that the stench infested our yard. Legalization is a disaster.

Chronic cannabis intoxication impairs brain function and judgment. It takes a long time for the body to clear cannabis from storage, and during that time the user is usually not aware that he is intoxicated by it.
