Are grand jury transcripts worth anything? If I understand it correctly, a prosecutor has to present just a minimal amount of evidence to get the grand jury to say, Yep, there's enough to hash this all out in court. It doesn't necessarily have to be substantial evidence.
Or as the saying goes, anyone get get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.
That's not even it.....There is no cross...The "victims" can spew whatever they want...and they all got half a mil for their testimony.
