My issue is that the release of such "evidence" is intentionally voiding the principle of "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law".

I don’t think this act automatically included release of grand jury testimony. Grand Jury testimony has always been secret. Even House members agreed some of the millions of lines should be redacted.
I stand for the principle. We disagree.
