My daughter manages a liquor store in Bella Vista, AR, the extreme NW corner of the state. Wal Mart urged Yuengling to start selling their product in Arkansas, and when they did enter the Arkansas market, my daughter’s store sales exploded!
People from the neighboring states started showing up and buying as much as 50 cases at a time, due to the fact it was the first store in Arkansas they could access.

WOW! I knew there were Yuengling fans here on FR. I’m not a beer drinker other than a cold one after a hot day of lawn mowing, but I’ll give this one a try.

Would make a nice gift for my ‘Beer Snob’ sister in the future, LOL! (Yuengling won’t be available here until next year.)

Interesting. My youngest brother and his 2 married kids with family all live there. We’ll, he just bought a house and his daughter moved in.

He will move there in a couple of years when he retires. Right now he’s pulling down big bucks in SoCal and working until his pensions kick in.

Our family lived in Ark from 1970. I left in 1984. We all left by 1995. My wife was born near Stuttgart.
