The key to so many questions about lack of arrests and corrective actions is supplied by the word "destabilizing". The deep infiltration by hostile powers, corrupting very highly positioned figures in our governing organs and political structure... CAN WE SUSTAIN the shock - and can we submit corrective justice to our corrupt civilian system of justice?❓ Prevailing evidence so far reveals that our civilian justice system is NOT capable of providing honest justice. sigh

Thus military tribunals. The 'net' is going to ensnare so many traitors, criminals, fellow travelers, etc. that the civilian justice system cannot properly handle it. AND some prey caught in that net are so close to control of the running of our Republic that it could well 'destabilize' daily functioning of our infrastructure organs! ❗
