I think that the building captures the Brutalist spirit of Industrial Architecture pretty well. Communists appreciate this type of soul crushing Corroded Tin and Steel vistas. What? Palm trees in Hawaii? Give Obama Chicago radicalism and Rust belt chic and of course, some kickbacks!!
Something like the picture below is probably located in some former East Block country. You can find the same vibe in abandoned US Steel facilities built on slag heaps in Gary indiana and the south side of Chicago. (To be clear..It would be good if we went back to producing our own steel in grim mills like these instead of relying on China.)
