Now they came out and claimed its a Portuguese national Claudio Manuel Neves-Valente who went to school in Portugal with the MIT professor Nuno F.G. Loureiro.

The question is what connection did he have with Brown University and why shoot the VP of the Brown Republicans 10 times? Two separate shootings that they will try to blame on the only shooter they can find? The authorities do not seem capable of much clarity even if we use the 48 hour “Wait” guideline to give them space.
