In looking at Schiff’s image here, I remembered when Trump was calling him “pencil neck.”
Doesn’t that term refer to a person with a skinny neck?
I looked at this picture and at photos of Schiff that I found in a search, but I am not seeing a skinny neck. Is there some other meaning for “pencil neck”?
