So far, the Trump DOJ/DHS model is to detain people, then release them when a foreign-born leftist judge says so. And then they just forget about it and never appeal. They did this with Islamic scumbag Mahmoud Khalil. Marco Rubio noted how they had "bulletproof" legal grounds to deport him to Egypt. Then a Maine judge ordered him released and they just dropped it!
