Is she related to the Kardashian lawyer who disposed of OJ’s bloody knife?

The fact that Kim Kardashian is a role model for so many young American women underscores just how deep America has descended into neo pagan, hedonistic decadence.

They just want people talking about them.

They don’t care why.

Reading law, as well as the related concept of “diploma privilege” (which I think only applies in Wisconsin and allows anyone who graduates from a Wisconsin law school to practice law in Wisconsin without taking the bar, is a poor choice for becoming a lawyer.

Reading law in an apprenticeship means you get exposed to the stuff your mentor knows things about and that are relevant to the cases the firm takes on. Yes, there’s a course of study that the sponsoring law firm is supposed to follow, but there is no way it replicates 3 years of law school. In contrast, the roughly 88-92 credits of study at most law schools is systematic and is deliberately intended to build a skills and knowledge base with a solid foundation.

Success on the bar exam does seem to me to have some direct correspondence to success in the practice of law, although far more diverse skills are needed beyond merely that. I suppose one failure can be excused, but I have known several attorneys who failed the bar exam seven or eight times before passing. All of them were ultimately poor lawyers, although they all shared the same odd gift for strenuous self-promotion.

"Kardashian, 45, began the process of “reading law,” an unusual path to becoming an attorney that is only available in a few states and involves studying as an apprentice under a licensed lawyer as a prerequisite for taking the bar exam instead of law school. According to interviews she gave at the time, she started this process in 2019, planning to take the California bar exam in 2022."

It was an unusual path when this attention whore started six years ago, but in 2025, you can now 'read' for the law in every state of the Pacific coast.

And it is believed there are as many now 'reading' for the law (think of paralegals and clerks who can save nearly half-a-million in law school fees -- and yes this includes illegals, not just LatinX but poojabbers and mudslimes, who could never get admitted to Pepperdine or Stanford), as are currently attending all the Pacific Coast law schools.

By 2030, this influx of new lawyers is going to crater per hour rates starting on the West Coast, and then flooding the country once they successfully sue to have their law licenses recognized by reciprocity.

Last month, she made headlines for insisting that the 1969 moon landing was faked, citing TikTok videos as evidence.

That pretty much sums her up in a nutshell.

Much like finding so many grammatical errors in a post by Randi Weingarten who’s in charge of American kids’ education. She didn’t even know there’s a difference between “peak” and “peek”. [SMH]

Why are most of the messages here snarky?
Isn’t it good to see someone trying something difficult.
Lots of people fail bar exam.
I don’t know much about her maybe there is some reason.

“involves studying as an apprentice under a licensed lawyer as a prerequisite for taking the bar exam “

My sister took that approach. Started as a receptionist, worked hard and paid $179 for an online course and book.

Passed the bar first time.

All it takes is brains.
