As unpopular as this idea might be, I tell you that the Epstein girls were actually very, very lucky. As underage runaways, the very best thing that could happen to them was to be sexually exploited by rich and powerful men. They were going to be exploited no matter what happened -- the Epstein girls survived and some went on to live relatively normal lives.
The ones who don't find some kind of special situation fall into prostitution, drug addiction and early deaths...

Runways? Only a tiny few were runaways. The French girls Epstein illegally flew in to be abused by him, for instance, were from families apparently being paid for providing the girls.
