She was charged with state crimes. Trump can only intervene in federal crimes.

Couldn’t a civil rights case be made?

“Leftist officials including state attorneys generals, mayors and governors belong to States United which is a George Soros group. After Trump was elected in 2024, this group held a private meeting at a hunting preserve in South Africa. They named Tina Peters as a target because she was taking action against the election theft. Some States United members involved are in federal office and committed acts in this case from federal locations. This makes it a federal case.”
There are other ways to make it a federal case.
