It sounds as if she is saying “black and brown people” have a right to steal other people’s stuff.

I have seen that actually stated as Black People have earned all that stuff in the jewelry stores and WalMart so they have a right to just take it. All the destruction involved is Management’s fault for not just giving it to us. Same goes for tax funds that flows through their hands.
